Manufactured by J. Hudson & Co. Birmingham. Chromed brass tube whistle often used by wartime aircrews. Period photos show these hanging from the 1941 pattern Mae West or aircrew blouse but these whistles were made from the early 1900s onwards. Markings are all the same but some whistles are shinier than others; please see pictures.
